bogocat ("we", "us", "our") operates portal.bogocat.com and related services. bogocat provides a unified wellness and fitness dashboard that aggregates data from third-party platforms to help users track their health, activity, and fitness goals. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary to provide our services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider. This information is used to identify you within our services and manage your account.

Activity and Health Data

Our platform integrates with third-party fitness and wellness services, including Garmin Connect, to retrieve your activity and health data. When you connect your Garmin account, we may collect the following types of data through the Garmin Health API:

• Activity summaries (steps, distance, calories, active minutes)
• Workout and exercise data (type, duration, distance, pace, heart rate zones)
• Sleep data (duration, sleep stages, sleep score)
• Heart rate data (resting heart rate, heart rate variability)
• Body composition data (weight, body fat percentage)
• Stress and recovery metrics

We access only the data you explicitly authorize through Garmin's OAuth consent flow. You control which data types are shared and can revoke access at any time.

Usage Data

We collect basic server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) for operational purposes such as debugging and security monitoring. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not shared externally.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate you and manage your account

All data is stored on privately owned, dedicated servers. We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, network-level security policies, and authentication requirements. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal data or activity data with any third party. Your data is never disclosed to advertisers, data brokers, or any external organization. Data never leaves our infrastructure except as necessary to communicate with services you have explicitly connected (e.g., fetching your data from the Garmin Health API at your request).

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and you maintain an active connection to the relevant third-party service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated data, including any third-party activity data stored on your behalf, within 30 days. You may also disconnect any third-party integration at any time, after which we will no longer fetch new data from that service.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Garmin Connect. When you connect a third-party account, you are also subject to that service's terms of use and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the Garmin Connect Privacy Policy before connecting your account. You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal and activity data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Revoke access to connected third-party services at any time
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format upon request
